Who is Agenor

This palace was built in 1250 as a home for a Damascene family, with an architectural style inspired by the civilizations of the Arameans, Romans, Phoenicians, and Arabs, to be a charming meeting point.
Then an Austrian doctor bought it and restored it after it was damaged by the 1860 earthquake. This doctor made the palace his home and the headquarters of the honorary consulate of Austria, and it remained that way until 2006.
