I travel many places but this hotel is my best. If I go back to Damascus I will go back same hotel. Room has great interior and beautiful courtyard. The hotel locates in old town where all you need is here. Staffs are nice and well helpful. Even decoration in toilet was made by full wall mosaic. I have a great time here.

I stayed here for 4 nights during the period when Americans were advised to leave Syria. The hotel (like all others) was nearly empty. Even so, the staff was wonderful. My room, at the back, on the upper floor, was quiet, luxurious, romantic. It had a large terrace (no view, alas). The bed was gigantic and comfortable. It gave me a great feel for old Damascus.

it’s such a lovely charming place to visit if you are ever going to Syria it’s a must, from the rooms to the sitting area it’s an old style luxury 5 star hotel, great experience its such a lost for syria to be bad but hopefully it goes back the way it was before so I can visit it again
